Retreat Photographer/Videographer

We are seeking a talented and creative Photographer/Videographer to capture the essence of our retreat on Martha's Vineyard. This role is essential in documenting the transformative experiences of our guests and the vibrant atmosphere of the retreat, providing lasting memories and promotional content.

Responsibilities:

Pre-Retreat:

• Collaborate with the retreat team to understand specific photographic and video needs.

• Scout and plan shoot locations based on retreat schedule and activities.

• Prepare equipment and test all gear prior to the retreat to ensure functionality.

During Retreat:

• Capture high-quality photographs and video footage of key retreat moments, guest interactions, scenic views, and scheduled activities.

• Engage with guests to make them feel comfortable in front of the camera while respecting their space and privacy.

• Monitor daily shooting schedule to ensure all important aspects of the retreat are documented.

• Provide quick edits and snapshots for social media updates, if required.

Post-Retreat:

• Edit photos and videos to produce polished final products for marketing and memory-sharing with participants.

• Organize and archive visual content systematically for easy access and future use.

• Deliver final photographs and videos to the retreat coordinator within the agreed timeframe.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in photography and videography, with a portfolio showcasing your skills.

• Proficiency with photography and video editing software.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

• A keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.

• Ability to handle and troubleshoot technical issues related to cameras and other equipment.
