Is the deposit refundable?

  • Please note that the deposit is non-refundable, as part of our policy which ensures consistency and fairness for all guests.

Booking with a Friend or Family Member: Is it Possible?

  • We welcome guests to explore our spaces alongside their loved ones or venture solo. Our Double Occupancy Queen Rooms cater perfectly to pairs at a special rate, where deposits are based on double occupancy.

Can I book as a solo traveler?

  • Yes! Solo travelers can either choose to be paired with a roommate in a Double Occupancy Twin room or opt for a Single Occupancy room.

Considering a Change of Plans: What Happens If I Can't Make It?

  • Payment Terms:
    Please adhere to the incremental payments as outlined in the payment schedule. Cancellations occurring between 4/10/2024 and 4/30/2024 will result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. Any cancellations after 5/1/2024 will lead to the forfeiture of all installment payments that have been made.

  • If you find yourself unable to join the retreat, you are welcome to transfer your spot to a friend or family member. A $50.00 transfer fee will be charged to you upon transfer. The new guest will need to handle any outstanding payments. Any reimbursement for prior payments will be coordinated directly between you and the new guest attending BOTV 2024.

How do I book my consultations w/ Mir?

  • Upon payment of your deposit, you will be sent an email with comprehensive instructions on how to fill out the pre-consultation survey. In addition, this email will include a link to schedule your consultation appointment. Attendance at a private virtual consultation with Mir before BOTV 2024 is mandatory for all guests to tailor the retreat experience for each individual.

What are your COVID-19 Policies and Procedures?

  • Guests are required to submit a COVID-19 Waiver before arriving on Martha’s Vineyard. If the waiver has not been submitted prior to guests arrival guest will be required to complete the waiver before entering the retreat location. The safety of our guests and staff is our priority. .

When should I book my travel to Martha’s Vineyard?

Travel to the Vineyard should be booked as soon as you secure your deposit for BOTV 2024..You have a number of options to travel to Martha’s Vineyard:

  • Fly directly into Martha’s Vineyard Airport. Check flight prices from your local airport.

  • Drive directly to Woods Hole to park and ferry to the Vineyard through The Steamship Authority.

  • A charter bus leaves from the New York Port Authority to Boston and a transfer bus will take you directly to Woods Hole. Guests can ferry to the Vineyard. Click here for more information.

  • The Northeast Regional Amtrak line stops in Providence Rhode Island. From here guests can arrange a shuttle/uber to the Rhode Island Fast Ferry that will reach Martha’s Vineyard in approximately 90 minutes. Click here for more information about the Rhode Island Fast Ferry.

How Will I Get to the Retreat Location Once I Arrive?

  • All guests will have a travel window of 12pm-5pm to arrive on Martha’s Vineyard. Guests who arrive within the arrival window will be picked up by a staff member from either the Ferry Ports or Martha’s Vineyard Airport and taken to the retreat location.

What Kind of Meals are Served During the Retreat?

  • We take pride in offering freshly prepared meals by a seasoned chef onsite. Each guest is given a survey to share their dietary requirements and preferences before the trip. Our chef collaborates closely with us to create flavorful, wholesome, and customized meal choices catering to all dietary restrictions. Furthermore, the Island boasts a variety of artisanal dining spots for guests to savor a range of local treats and specialties.

Do I Have to Participate in Every Activity?

  • We offer a personalized experience where guests can tailor their daily schedule to align with their unique interests and expectations. We acknowledge and respect that everyone brings different energy levels, and our goal is to ensure a rejuvenating and enjoyable retreat for all participants. To foster connections and a sense of community, we kindly request that all guests join us for the opening and closing ceremonies, as well as morning and evening meals. This provides an opportunity for guests to engage, bond, and build lasting memories together.

Can I Catch up on Work or Studying While on the Retreat?

  • We prioritize your peace of mind and relaxation throughout your stay with us. We kindly ask our guests to refrain from engaging in work commitments during their retreat experience. While the use of laptops and tablets in common areas is discouraged, guests are welcome to use their electronic devices in a discreet manner within the comfort of their rooms. We believe that your time on Martha’s Vineyard should be dedicated to genuine relaxation, prompting us to inspire mindfulness and encourage guests to fully immerse themselves in the present moment during their retreat.

Will there be Alcohol Served on the Trip?

  • We offer a limited selection of alcoholic beverages to enjoy with meals and during specific activities. We kindly ask our guests to drink responsibly. As our itinerary is packed with exciting and active experiences, please be mindful that consuming alcohol may affect your ability to fully participate. Our staff may intervene if necessary to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests and team members.
